摘要
目的分析清开灵颗粒与双黄连口服液治疗病毒性感冒与发热的成本效果比,为临床经济、安全、有效的使用药物提供依据。方法选取某院治疗病毒性感冒与发热的患者76例,将其分为清开灵颗粒治疗组与双黄连口服液对照组,运用药物经济学中成本效果分析法对其进行客观评价。结果经过治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率为87.49%;治疗组总有效率为96.6%。在临床缓解患者症状所需的时间、减少不良反应发生等治疗有效性评价方面清开灵颗粒明显优于双黄连口服液。在治疗成本上清开灵颗粒略低。结论通过药物经济学成本效果法分析得出清开灵颗粒是治疗病毒性感冒与发热成本效果比较好的药物,临床具有一定的推广意义。
Objective To analyze the cost effect of Qingkailing granules and Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in treating viral cold and fever,to provide the basis for clinical economic,safe and effective use of drugs. Method 76 cases of patients in a hospital treating viral cold and fever,which were divided into treatment group of Qingkailing granules and control group of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. It was evaluated by the cost-effectiveness of pharmaceutical economics. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 87. 49%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 6%. The Qingkailing granules on symptoms of the patients in clinical remission time,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment effectiveness evaluation were better than those of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. The treatment cost of the Qingkailing granules was slightly lower. Conclusion The cost effect of pharmacoeconomic cost analysis method developed Qingkailing granules in the treatment of viral cold and fever is good,has certain significance of clinical promotion,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
