摘要
在能源消费和环保的约束下,广东省火电建设受到制约,有必要研究电源结构布局,特别是煤炭消费总量控制和火电厂排放约束下的火电厂建设情况。通过能源需求预测,并利用空气质量模型分析污染物贡献程度来对煤炭消费量和污染物贡献进行研究,在相关政策约束下,测算了广东省"十三五"火电厂的建设空间。经测算得出"十三五"期间,广东省煤炭消费是制约火电厂发展的重要因素,在环保空间上还存在一定的裕度;同时给出了"十三五"期间广东省火电厂的建设空间,以及指导电源规划及电源建设的建议。
Under constraints of energy consumption and environmental protection,thermal power construction in Guangdong province is restricted which means necessity to study structure layout of power source,especially construction of thermal power plant under constraints of total quantity control on coal consumption and thermal power plant emission.According to prediction on energy demand,this paper uses air quality model to analyze pollutants contribution degree so as to study coal consumption and pollutants contribution.It also measures and calculates construction space of thermal power plant in the 13-(th) Five Year Plan period in Guangdong province under relevant policies constraints.Conclusion is drawn from measurement and calculation which considers that in the 13-(th) Five Year Plan period,an important factor restricting development of the thermal power plant is coal consumption in Guangdong province and there is a certain margin in terms of environmental protection.Meanwhile,it also calculates construction space of thermal power plant in Guangdong province in the 13-(th) Five Year Plan period and proposes suggestions for guiding power source planning and construction.
