摘要
影响圆筒型永磁直线电机性能的关键因素是气隙磁场的性能。利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了三种不同形状永磁体结构圆筒型永磁直线电动机在无槽和开槽时的气隙磁场磁密大小和波形。得出了在相同条件下,矩形和梯形永磁体结构气隙磁密大、变化范围广、受开槽影响小而菱形结构气隙磁密小,变化范围窄,波形畸变率高。得到的规律为动子选择和电机设计提供了依据。
The key factor of impacting performances of tubular permanent magnet linear motor(TPMLM) is performance of air-gap magnetic field. In this paper, the magnitudes and waveforms of air-gap magnetic fields of unslotted and slotted motors with three shapes permanent magnets are analyzed by ANSYS finite-element software. Under the same condition, the motors with rectangular and trapezoidal permanent magnets have large magnitude and wide variation range air-gap flux density and have small influence by slotting, but the motor with rhombic per- manent magnets has small magnitude and narrow variation range air-gap flux density and has high waveform distortion rate. The obtained results can provide the basis to choose and design mover of TPMLM.
