摘要
永磁同步电机气隙磁场的准确计算是研究电机各项性能的基础。通过运用等效面电流法,推导出了径向充磁永磁同步电机空载无槽时的气隙磁场强度解析计算公式,并利用卡式系数对开槽影响进行修正。利用解析法和有限元法分别对2极18槽径向充磁永磁同步电机样机的磁场强度进行了计算并对比分析,两者结果很吻合,验证了该解析法的有效性和准确性。该解析方法为径向充磁永磁同步电机的优化设计和性能研究提供了一种快捷有效的方法。
Accurate calculation for air-gap magnetic field of the PM synchronous motor is the basis to research various properties. In this paper, the analytical formulas of the no-load air- gap flux density generated by radially-magnetized PM synchronous motor are derived from equiv- alent surface current, and then the Carter's coefficient is used to modify the influence of slot- ting. By comparing the calculation results of magnetic field strength to a model machine (2 poles and 18 slots) with analytical method and finite element method, the two results coin- cide with each other, effectiveness and correctness of the analytical method are verified. This analytical method has provided a rapid and effective method for design and performance resear- ches of radially-magnetized PM synchronous motor.
