摘要
以垃圾焚烧飞灰和废玻璃作为原料,添加Ca CO_3作为发泡剂,H_3BO_3作为助熔剂,制备多孔陶瓷体。XRD分析结果表明:玻璃熔融固化飞灰时主要生成了Ca Si O3玻璃晶相;随着烧结温度的升高,多孔陶瓷的孔径逐渐减小;助熔剂的添加和发泡剂的添加,增大了多孔陶瓷的孔径;重金属浸出实验表明烧结温度超过900℃时,重金属浸出浓度符合国家标准,其中重金属Pb、Ni和Cd的浸出浓度均小于0.5 mg·L^(-1),且当烧结温度提高到1 000℃时,重金属Cr和Cu的浸出浓度降低到4.3 mg·L^(-1)和0.05 mg·L^(-1)。
The preparation method of porous ceramics,which were made from municipal solid waste incinerator fly ash and waste glass,was studied. Ca CO_3 was added as a foaming agent,and H3BO_3 was added as a fluxing agent. X-ray diffraction patterns of the porous ceramics showed that Ca Si O_3 was the major glass phase. The pore size of the porous ceramics decreased with increased sintering temperature,but increased with higher amounts of foaming and flux agent. The leaching experimental result indicated that in terms of heavy metal leaching,the leaching concentration of Pb,Ni,and Cd was less than 0. 5 mg·L^-1in the sintered body,and the leaching concentrations of Cr and Cu decreased from 18. 3 mg · L^-1and 0. 36 mg · L^-1,respectively,to4. 3 mg·L^-1and 0. 05 mg·L^-1when the sintering temperature increased to 1 000 ℃,which is below the state standard sintering temperature above 900 ℃.
