摘要
以SiC为主要成分的料浆中加入ZrO2和硼酸铝晶须,采用有机泡沫浸渍法,在1200℃烧结制备SiC基泡沫陶瓷,并测定不同ZrO2和硼酸铝晶须含量样品的抗弯强度、热震次数。实验结果表明,SiC基泡沫陶瓷的抗弯强度及抗热震性能随ZrO2和硼酸铝晶须的加入量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势。在ZrO2的加入量为16.4%、硼酸铝晶须的加入量为5%时SiC基泡沫陶瓷的抗弯强度和热震性能都最佳,其抗弯强度高达1.97MPa,热震循环次数为8次。
SiC ceramic foam samples with different ZrO2 and 9Al2O3·2B2O3 content are prepared at 1200℃. The effect of ZrO2 on the comprehensive strength and thermal shock properties of SiC ceramic foam is tested. The results show that comprehensive strength and thermal shock properties increases firstly, and then decreases slightly with the increasing of ZrO2 and 9Al2O3·2B2O3. For SiC ceramic foam with 16.4% ZrO2,5% 9Al2O3·2B2O3 content,the maximum comprehensive strength and the best thermal shock times at 1000℃ are 1.97 MPa and 8 times respectively.
