摘要
目的讨论桩道预备后不同根充方法和根管封闭剂的根尖封闭区效果。方法选取新鲜拔出的单根管牙96颗,随机平分为手用Pro-taper镍钛根管挫预备冷牙胶A、B、C组和手用Pro-taper镍钛根管挫预备热牙胶D、E、F组。分别用氧化锌、AHPlus、MTA做为糊剂进行充填,每组随机抽取一半的样品进行桩道预备,作为A1、B1、C1、D1、E1、F1组;每组另一半样品进行常规预备,作为A2、B2、C2、D2、E2、F2组。采用染料渗透法进行检测根尖微渗漏,对染料的长度进行测量并对结果分析。结果 A1组和A2组,B1和B2,A2和D2,B2和E2,A1和D1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C1和C2,D1和D2,E1和E2,F1和F2,C2和F2,B1和E1,C1和F1,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压术的根管封闭效果优于冷测压充填术,AHPlus根管封闭剂应用不同的充填法技术进行充填桩道预备后根管微渗漏表现不同;MTA根管封闭剂的封闭性能优于AHPlus和碧蓝根管封闭剂。热牙胶垂直加压预留桩道充填术桩道预备后,根尖微渗漏没有明显变化,根管密闭性仍较好。
Objective discuss the pile way to prepare different root method and root canal filling after the apices of the sealants closed area effect.Methods to collect fresh out of single tube teeth,96,randomly divide the hand Pro-taper nickel-titanium root canal down to prepare cold the teeth of A and B,group C,and hand with Pro-taper nickel-titanium root canal down to prepare thermal tooth gum D,E,F group.With zinc oxide,AHPlus,MTA paste filling,each group of randomly selected pile,half of the samples preparation.Dye penetration method is adopted to improve the detection of root tip leakage,to measure the length of the dye and analysis of results.Results A1 and A2 group,B1 and B2,A2 and D2,B2 and E2,A1 and D1 have statistical difference(P〉0.05);C1 and C2,D1 and D2,E1 and E2,F1 and F2,C2 and F2,B1 and E1,C1 and F1 no significant statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Heat the teeth the root canal sealing effect of vertical pressure is better than that of cold pressure plombage,AHPlus root canal sealer applications of different filling technique way prepare after root canal filling pile penetration performance is different;The MTA root canal sealer sealing performance is better than that of AHPlus and blue root canal sealer.Heat the teeth reserve vertical compression pile plombage,tao tao after preparation,root tip leakage there is no obvious change,root canal conurbation is still good.
