摘要
大型焊接结构由于存在巨量的焊缝,焊接成本的分析和统计非常困难。本文提出了一种基于有限元模型的大型结构焊接成本的计算方法,分析了焊缝焊接成本的影响因素,开发了基于3D有限元生产模型的焊接成本计算软件。该软件实现了根据焊接工艺参数自动计算单条焊缝成本并统计总成本的功能,软件还能根据零件的关系自动定位焊缝位置,是工厂快速准确客观地分析焊接成本的有力工具,将为工厂带来实际的经济效益。
It is very difficult to analyze and count the welding costs because large welding structures have huge amounts of welding lines. A calculation method about welding costs of large structure based on finite element model was presented.The influencing factors of welding costs were analyzed, and the welding costs calculation software based on 3D-finite element model was developed. This software could automatically calculate each welding line's cost and count the total welding costs according to welding parameters, and this software can also automatically locate the position of the welding line according to the relationship of parts. So this software is a powerful tool to factories which can quickly, objectively and accurately analyze welding costs and bring actual economic benefits.
