摘要
为了快速准确地计算小型冲模成本,通过剖析冲模的结构,对冲模成本的构成进行了合理地分解与归纳,总结出了计算冲模成本中各种构成的计算方法,从而计算出整个冲模成本。采用该方法有利于更好地理解和确定模具的结构、类型、装配、使用,且部分参数可根据当时当地的实际进行调整,适用面广。研究结果表明,这是一种合理、简明、实用、快捷、准确的冲模成本计算方法。
Aiming at accounting the small punching mould cost quickly and exactly ,the structure of the punching mould was analyzed and the cost category was sumed up. Then the method for accounting all kinds of cost was gotten, by which the mould＇ s structure, sort, assemble and use were understood and made sure better. Some parameters was changed according to the situation. And the widely application range of the method was shown. The results indicate that the method is more reasonable, simple, practical, quick and exact.
