摘要
采用"爆炸复合制坯+热轧"的工艺在热连轧生产线上进行了"304不锈钢+SPHC钢"的单面不锈钢复合板热轧试生产。通过两轮试制,所生产的不锈钢复合板界面剪切强度大于310 MPa,屈服强度大于210 MPa,抗拉强度大于340 MPa,断后伸长率大于42.5%,各项指标均达到GB/T 8165-2008的要求,不锈钢层和普通碳钢层结合度良好,复合界面平直而完美。
The hot rolled single sided stainless steel clad plate of 304 stainless steel and SPHC steel was carried out in a hot rolling line by using the technology of explosive clad blank and hot rolling. After two rounds of trial production, the interracial shear strength of the produced stainless steel clad plate is greater than 310 MPa, the yield strength is greater than 210 MPa, the tensile strength is greater than 340 MPa and the elongation is greater than 42.5%. All the indexes meet the requirements of GB/T8165-2008. The combining degree between the stainless steel layer and ordinary carbon steel layer is good, the clad interface is straight and perfect.
