摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热-力模拟试验机对TL1438非调质钢在温度850~1150℃、应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)的条件下进行了等温热压缩试验。根据试验结果计算出不同应变时的Arrhenius方程模型参数,拟合得出了材料参数与应变的五次多项式函数关系,最终确定出完整的TL1438钢高温流动应力模型。通过模拟值和试验值对比分析,发现所建立的Arrhenius流动应力模型可以用于TL1438非调质钢热锻造过程的数值模拟。
Isothermal hot compression tests of TL1438 non-quenched-tempered steel were performed on a Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator at 850-1150 ℃ and the strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1. According to the test results, the model parameters of Arrhenius equation under the different strains were calculated. After fitting, the quintic polynomial function relationship between the material parameters and the strain was obtained. Eventually, the completed high temperature flow stress model of TL1438 steel was determined. Through comparative analysis of simulation and test values, it is found that the established flow stress model can be used for the numerical simulation of the hot forging process of TL1438 non-quenchedtempered steel.
