摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,测定了3种铝合金材料在高温下的流动应力,分析了应变速率、变形程度和 变形温度对流动应力的影响。通过分析,提出了拟合精度较高的流动应力的数学模型。
Through a Gleeble-1500 simulator, the flowing stress curves of three aluminum alloys were experimentally determined at high temperatures at a constant speed with the effects of deforming temperatures, deforming speed and deforming degree . Through the analysis, a mathematical model with high fitting accuracy was proposed.
