摘要
以滑石粉体作为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备P-TiO_2/滑石光催化材料,分别对不同负载量和不同焙烧温度下的P-TiO_2/滑石进行光催化降解甲醛能力考察,并对P-TiO_2/滑石进行XRD、SEM、EDS表征。实验结果表明:在负载次数为2次,焙烧温度为550℃时对改性滑石进行负载的P-TiO_2/滑石具有最佳的光催化性能,经可见光照射12h对密闭容器内甲醛气体降解率可达到86.7%,比没有经过滑石负载的P-TiO_2光催化降解甲醛率提高了44.8%。
P-TiO2/talc photocatalytic materials was prepared by sol-gel method with talcum powder as carrier. Different load content and different calcination temperature P-TiO2/talc were separately studied on photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde capacity, and the P-TiO2/talc were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS. When the load times is 2 h, calcination temperature is 550 ℃ , P-TiO2/talc has the best photoeatalytie performance. The degradation rate of formaldehyde gas in a sealed container by visible light irradiating for 12 h can reach 86.7% , and the degradation rate of formaldehyde without the loading support of talc decreased 44.8%.
