纳米TiO_2负载多晶硅复合催化剂的制备及性能初步研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel法)在多晶硅表面镀上一层纳米TiO2薄膜,用FTIR、XRD、SEM等对其进行表征,并研究了催化剂对水中甲苯的光催化氧化性能。结果表明,焙烧温度、焙烧时间、负载次数对催化剂的晶相结构、粒径大小以及光催化活性均产生显著的影响。焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧时间为2h,TiO2负载2次时,催化剂中纳米TiO2的粒径为25nm左右,锐钛矿相与金红石相的比例为7∶3。采用改性催化剂对水中甲苯的光催化氧化处理的结果表明,甲苯的去除率达到90%以上,纳米TiO2负载多晶硅复合催化剂具有较好的光催化活性。 Poly-silicon modified by nano TiO2 films was prepared by Sol-Gel method in this paper. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron micrographas(SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR). The photocatalysts were used to photo-catalytic oxidation of toluene. The transformation of crystal style and the crystalline size of the TiO2 annealing at different temperatures and time have remarkable variation. The results proved that the degradation percent of the toluene could be more than 90 %, and the best condition of preparing TiO2 photocatalyst was annealing at 550 ℃ for 2 h and coating by 2 times. The average crystalline size of the films was around 25 nm, and the mass percentage of anatase and futile were 70 % and 30 %, respectively. The photocatalyst shows a potential application in the fields of wastewater treatment.
