摘要
一流大学必有一流的本科教学。一流大学本科教学具有精英性、基础性、综合性和创新性等性质,表现出造就一流人才、高选择性招生、一流的教学、一流的学习能力、一流的人才培养方案、一流的人才培养模式、一流的课程教学、一流的教学设施条件、一流的教学质量保障和一流的教学文化等特征。我国建设世界一流大学必须坚持整体观,应当在现有的本科教学体系中植入一流的基因和元素,树立全面的英才教学理念,制定并实施英才教学体系建设规划和行动计划,完善英才教学治理体系,以及培育全面的英才教学文化。
The first-class university must have the first-class undergraduate teaching. The nature of the first-class university undergraduate teaching can be observed from four dimensions, including elitism,fundamentality, integrity and innovativeness, which consists ten characteristics, such as cultivating elites, high selective enrollment, excellent teaching and learning ability, high-quality talent training program and models,first-class course teaching outstanding teaching conditions and quality assurance, and first-class teaching cultural. It has to obey the principle of integrity to build up first-class university in China, and must undertake actions such as planting first-class gene and elements in the existing system of undergraduate teaching, setting up elite teaching concept comprehensively, formulating and implementing construction plan of elite teaching system,improving elite teaching governance system, and cultivating elite teaching culture totally.
