摘要
经济新常态下随着社会经济的发展,我国车辆的数量呈现快速增长的局面。在新的环境下车辆管理产生的问题日趋突出,其中套牌车交通安全综合治理是一项重要工作,套牌车对社会、交通危害较大,因此需要采取积极有效的措施对其进行处罚,同时建立完善的综合治理制度,全面消除套牌车辆,建立完善的交通安全综合治理机制,为交通安全和社会经济效益提升营造良好的交通环境。
