摘要
采用单因素和正交试验对亚适量谷氨酸发酵培养基进行了研究。最佳培养基组成为葡萄糖150g/L,玉米浆5.0g/L,磷酸氢二钠2.7g/L,氯化钾1.8g/L,硫酸镁1.2g/L。与初始发酵培养基相比,L-谷氨酸产量从120.3g/L提高到135.6g/L,糖酸转化率从58.6%提高到60.8%,显著提高了发酵水平,降低了综合成本。
The fermentation medium of L-glutamic acid production by suboptimal dose is investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, the most suitable medium is determined as follows. glucose of 150 g/L, corn steep liquor of 5.0 g/L, Na2HPO4 . 12 H2O of 2. 7 g/L, KCl of 1.8 g/L, MgSO4. 7H2O of 1. 2 g/L. Under the optimization process, in contrast with the primitive fermentation process, the yield of L-glutamic acid increases from 120.3 g/L to 135. 6 g/L and the conversion rate of glutamic acid to glucose increases from 58. 6% to 60. 8%, the level of L-glutamic acid fermentation is significantly improved, and the overall cost is reduced.
