摘要
安徽大包庄硫铁矿选矿厂以硫酸铜为活化剂、7022+9010为捕收剂、2-#油为起泡剂浮硫,该药剂制度不仅存在环境污染问题,而且生产指标不够理想。为解决此问题,以环保型新药剂AT908为捕收剂、BK201为起泡剂进行了浮硫试验。结果表明,在浮硫工艺流程不变、药剂种类和用量均有所减少的情况下,硫精矿有效硫品位提高了1.60个百分点、有效硫回收率提高了2.64个百分点。因此,新药剂在环保、经济效益和生产管理等方面均具有明显的优势。
The pyrite minerals of Anhui Dabaozhuang Plant were recovered by flotation with Cu SO4 as activator,7022 and9010 as collectors and terpenic oil as frother,of which the process had the disadvantages of environmental pollution and poor production indexes. In order to solve the problems,sulfur flotation tests were conducted with new environmental protection reagent AT908 as collector and BK201 as frother. The sulfur grade and recovery of the sulfur concentrate could be improved by1. 60 and 2. 64 percentage points,respectively,on the conditions of without changing flotation flow sheet and reducing reagents types and dosages. The new reagents had the advantages in environmental protection,economic benefit,and production management.
