摘要
目的探讨核糖核酸对原发性肝癌的临床治疗效果，改善患者的生存质量。方法选取2014年8月～2015年6月我院原发性肝癌患者30例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组15例给予高剂量核糖核酸并配合保肝对症治疗．对照组15例单用保肝对症治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗后10d检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血清白蛋白、甲胎蛋白、总胆红素等指标；并统计有无肝区痛、腹胀、乏力、消瘦、发热、腹泻等临床表现。结果治疗后，治疗组ALT、AST、TBiL、ALB等肝功能生化指标、AFP值较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05），临床症状也有不同程度的缓解（P〈0．05）。结论高剂量核糖核酸经静脉给药可显著改善原发性肝癌患者的生存质量，临床效果显著，值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of RNA for primary liver cancer,while improving the life quality of the patients.Methods From August 2014 to June 2015,30 primary liver cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group （15 cases ） were treated by high-dose RNA combined with support therapy,and the control group （15 cases ） were treated by support therapy alone.The levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum albumin,alpha-fetoprotein and total bilirubin were tested before and 10 days after therapy,and the symptoms of liver pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,marasmus,fever, diarrhea and other clinical manifestations were recorded as soon as they were observed.Results After 10 days treatment,the levels of ALT, AST, ALB,AFP,and TBil of treatment group were significatly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）,as well as the clinical symptoms （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-dose RNA for injection can improve the life quality of primary liver cancer patients,and the clinical efficacy is significant,the therapy should be a reference for doctors and researchers.
