摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)、问题驱动教学法(PBL)在临床遗传学教学中的应用效果。方法选取第二军医大学2013级临床医学五年制专业60名学生作为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为2组,每组30名学生。实验组采用CBL、PBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学法。分别对学生进行3个学时的授课教学。最后对学生采取满意度问卷调查和成绩考核2种形式来评价教学效果。结果 CBL、PBL教学法培养的实验组学生,成绩总体优于传统教学法培养的对照组学生。且学生对CBL、PBL教学法的评价满意率在80%以上。结论将CBL、PBL应用于临床遗传学教学中效果显著,有助于充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,促进理论知识和实践技能相结合。 Objective To investigate the effects of CBL, PBL methods in teaching clinical genetics. Methods 60 students majored in clinical medicine of 2013 grade, Second Military Medical University were divided into two groups with 30 students in each group. The students in experimental group were taught with CBL, PBL methods. The students in control group were taught with traditional methods. The teaching effects were evaluated by satisfaction questionnaires and quiz scores. Results The quiz scores of experimental group were better than that of control group. The satisfaction rate to CBL, PBL methods was above 80%. Conclusion Applying CBL, PBL methods in teaching clinical genetics can improve teaching effects significantly, and can better motivate ac- tiveness of students' autonomic learning and promote the binding of theory to practice skills.
