基于信号变换的改进MUSIC算法

摘要 针对多重信号分类(MUSIC)算法及其改进算法存在的问题,如估计性能随信号信源数增加而恶化,特别是在信号低信噪比下性能更加糟糕,无法估计信源数大于阵元数时的信号波达方向(DOA)等,提出了一种基于信号变换的改进MUSIC算法。改进MUSIC算法以欧拉公式思想为指导,对接收信号进行组合重构,进而求解协方差矩阵估计信号DOA信息。结果显示,该算法可估计的信源数D能达到2(M-1)(M为阵元数),且在低乃至负信噪比下,算法仍能精确估计信号到达角信息。 MUSIC algorithm and its modified algorithms have the common problems that their performance degrades as the number of sources increases and the SNR decreases; and that they lose effectiveness when the number of sensors M is greater than that of sources D. A modified MUSIC algorithm based on the idea of Euler's formula for reconstructing the received signals is proposed, thus to estimate the real signals in low SNR and fairly large number of sources. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm could outperform the traditional algorithms in the case of D≥ M and fairly low SNR, that the modified MUSIC algorithm is able to estimate the number of sensors up to 2(M-1).
