适配体在人兽共患病治疗与生物学检测中的研究进展

Advance of aptamer in fields of anthropozoonosis treatment and biological detection

摘要 适配体以其结合靶标高特异性和高亲和力的特点,在许多领域获得广泛应用。近年来,更是促进了人兽共患病领域的疾病诊断、治疗以及生物学检测方法的改革。现就适配体在人兽共患病治疗与生物学检测中的研究进展进行综述。 Aptamers with characteristics of high specificity and high affinity binding targets, have widely applied in many fields. In recent years,aptamers even promote the reform of anthropozoo- nosis diagnosis, treatment, and biological detection. This article reviewed the advance of aptamer in fields of anthropozoonosis treatment and biological detection.
