摘要 现阶段分层分区的电压控制手段,面临多个耦合区域间的协调问题。从博弈论角度,把二级电压控制各分区视为博弈主体,建立基于个体理性的合作博弈模型,各分区寻求高效的联盟组成以改进控制效果。合作的主体有共同优化目标;联盟间以非合作博弈的纳什均衡作为控制策略,可以计及区域间的无功耦合并保证控制的稳定性。提出了不可转移效用合作博弈的解法,理论上证明了模型纳什均衡的存在性。IEEE 39节点系统稳态仿真表明,合作博弈模型能有效协调区域间的无功控制手段,改善二级电压控制的各项性能指标。 Hierarchical and partitioning means of present voltage control is confronted with the problem of coordination among multiple coupled zones.From the perspective of game theory,the split zones are regarded as game players to develop an individual rationality based cooperative game model,in which the players seek efficient alliances to improve the control effect.Players in the same alliance have a common optimization objective,while in the sub-problem alliances play a noncooperative game,and the Nash equilibrium strategy would allow the secondary voltage control area to consider the interaction and coupling from elsewhere thus avoiding voltage oscillation and overshoot.A solution for nontransferable utility cooperative game is proposed,with the existence of Nash equilibrium in the sub-problem proved as well.Furthermore,steady-state simulation on an IEEE 39-bus system demonstrates that the cooperative game model can effectively coordinate reactive power sources to improve the technical specifications of secondary voltage control.
