摘要
电力市场环境下,传统的输电固定成本分配方法难以从经济的角度说明电网用户之间的利益关系,合作博弈则是可以协调用户之间经济利益关系的数学方法,并且有利于实现输电资源的优化配置。基于对传统的成本分配方法的分析,进一步系统阐述了合作博弈算法分配输电固定成本的优势,详细分析了输电固定成本分配的多种合作博弈模型和博弈算法及其特点。
In the liberalized electricity markets, the reasonable methods for transmission fixed cost could improve grid contribution and electricity deregulation. This paper analyzes many kinds of method using cooperate game theory for the transmission fixed cost recovery. The comparison and analysis focus on the participants' attributes of transmission cooperation, the basic component of cooperate game models and the algorithm of all kinds of solution.
