响应面分析法优选桑寄生总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:12

摘要 目的利用响应面法优化桑寄生总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法采用中心组合设计方法,分别研究乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取时间及提取次数对总黄酮提取率的最佳提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:体积分数为40%的乙醇,液固比为40∶1,回流提取2次,每次1h。结论在最佳工艺条件下,桑寄生总黄酮的提取率为1.15%,高于其他条件下的提取率,该工艺条件可为桑寄生总黄酮的工业生产提供依据。 Objective To optimize the extracting process of the total flavonoids of Taxilli herba.Methods According to the center combination method,the effets of ethanol volume fraction,the ratio of solid to liquid,and the extraction time,and the extraction times were studied by central composite design.Results The optimal conditions of extraction were as follows:the ethanol volume fraction was 40%,the ratio of solid to liquid was 40∶1,the extraction was 2times,the extraction time was 1h.Conclusion The actual extraction yield was 1.15%.The method of extraction has higher extraction efficiency compared with other methods.And the method can provide a basis for the industrial production of the total flavonoids fromTaxilli herba.
