响应面法优化大豆胶制备竹集成材热压工艺研究

摘要 本研究以精铣竹片为原料,采用实验室自制的改性大豆胶制备无醛型竹集成材,并通过响应面优化法,研究施胶量、热压温度、热压时间和热压压力对竹集成材胶层顺纹剪切强度的影响。结果显示:通过建立竹集成材胶层顺纹剪切强度与施胶量、热压温度、热压时间和热压压力之间的二次多元回归模型,得到了最优的热压工艺条件:施胶量、热压温度、热压时间和热压压力分别为465 g·m-2、119℃、22 min、0.9 MPa。经过实验验证,在预测的最优热压工艺条件下所获得竹集成材的胶层顺纹剪切强度平均值结果为10.38 MPa,而预测值与实测平均值间的误差率只有4.24%,可证明所构建的回归模型科学合理。 Formaldehyde-free bamboo laminated lumber were prepared by using fine planed bamboo strips with soy-based adhesive as the binder.Via the optimization of response surface methodology to research the effects of adhesive amount,hot-pressing temperature and hot-pressing time on shear strength along bonding layer.The results show that the optimal hot pressing process conditions were obtained by establishing a quadratic multiple regression model between the shear strength of the bamboo laminated lumber of 465 g·m-2,119℃,22 min and 0.9 MPa.After experimental verification,the average value of the grain shear strength of the bamboo laminate obtained under the predicted optimal hot pressing process conditions is 10.38 MPa,and the error rate between the predicted value and the measured average value is only 4.24%,which can prove that the constructed regression model is scientific and reasonable.
