某医学院护理专业学生与其他医学专业学生药理学测试成绩比较 被引量:1

Comparison of pharmacology test scores between nursing students and other medical students in a certain medical college

摘要 为了了解护理专业本科生对药理学知识的掌握情况以及与其他医学专业本科生对药理学知识掌握情况的区别,随机抽取某医学院2009级护理学专业98名本科生和331名其他医学专业本科生的药理学试卷,将样本试卷成绩输入计算机,利用分析软件分析试卷难度和区分度、效度和信度,结果表明该试题对护理学专业学生而言试题难度适中(P=0.78)、区分度较好(D=0.52);护理专业本科生考试成绩较低,分数呈偏正态分布,平均成绩为68.95±11.55,最高分为93.5,最低分为29.5,差值达64分,及格率为84.69%。研究显示,护理专业学生药理学考试成绩低于其他医学专业学生的药理学考试成绩,应设法加强对护理专业学生的药理学教学。 To find out the learning situation of pharmacology and its difference in nursing undergraduates compared with other medical undergraduates,pharmacology test papers of 98 nursing undergraduates and 331 other medical undergraduates of year 2009 in a certain medical college were randomly selected,with the test scores entered and the difficulty,the discrimination,the validity and the credibility analyzed by using analysis software. It is found that difficulty of questions were moderate( P = 0. 78); discrimination of questions were better( D = 0. 52); the test scores of nursing undergraduates were lower,and the scores were skewed normal distribution; their average score was 68. 95 ± 11. 55; the highest score was 93. 5; the lowest score was 29. 5; the difference was 64; the passing rate was 84. 69%. The research showed that the test scores of pharmacology in nursing undergraduates were lower than those of other medical undergraduates. Teaching of Pharmacology in nursing undergraduates should be strengthened.
