摘要
大学精神是大学的灵魂和立学之本,大学精神的异化是大学对其应有之精神的偏离。我国当代大学精神异化和失落的表征为独立精神的缺失、管理方式行政化、求真批判反思精神的弱化、商业化风气盛行等,其根源受经济转型、社会思潮多元化等多种因素的影响。重塑当代大学精神,要通过处理好政府与大学的关系、改革大学管理和评估制度、倡导教师坚守学者本色、引导学生追求科学真理等路径培育。
University spirit is the soul and foundation of a university. The alienation of university spirit implies the deviation of a university from her proper spirits. In contemporary China, the alienation and loss of university spirit are characterized by the absence of independence spirit, administrative tendency of the management mode, weakening of seeking truth and knowledge and the prevalence of commercialized atmosphere. Many factors have contributed to the alienation such as the economic transition and diversified current social thoughts. To reconstruct university spirit in contemporary China, several measures should be taken： to coordinate the relationship between the government and universities ; to reform the management and assessment system of college education; to appeal to teachers for sticking to a true scholar spirit and to lead college students to pursue scientific truth.
