摘要
目的:制备左氧氟沙星和曲安奈德双载药眼用凝胶。方法:以盐酸左氧氟沙星和醋酸曲安奈德为主药、卡波姆940P为凝胶基质、羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC K4M)为增黏剂,制备左氧氟沙星和曲安奈德双载药眼用凝胶。以凝胶的溶散时间为指标,采用单因素试验筛选处方中卡波姆940P和HPMC K4M的浓度;测定所制双载药眼用凝胶的溶散时间、黏度和2种主药的含量。结果:双载药眼用凝胶处方中卡波姆940P的浓度为0.4%、HPMC K4M的浓度为1.2%。所制双载药眼用凝胶的溶散时间不低于24 h,黏度为1 142.67 Pa·s;盐酸左氧氟沙星含量占标示量的97.3%(RSD=0.84%,n=3),醋酸曲安奈德含量占标示量的92.97%(RSD=1.32%,n=3)。结论:成功制得左氧氟沙星和曲安奈德双载药眼用凝胶。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare Levofloxacin and triamcinolone acetonide double-loaded ophthalmic gel. METHODS:Using levofloxacin hydrochloride and triamcinolone acetonide as main components,carbopol-940 P as base material,HPMC K4 M as tackifier,Levofloxacin and triamcinolone acetonide double-loaded ophthalmic gel was prepared. Using dissolution time as index,the contents of carbopol-940 P and HPMC K4 M were determined by single factor test,and dissolution time,viscosity and the contents of 2 main components were also determined. RESULTS:The concentrations of carbopol-940 P and HPMC K4 M were 0.4%and 1.2%,separately. The dissolution time was more than 24 h and viscosity was 1 142.67 Pa·s. The content of levofloxacin hydrochloride was 97.3% of labelled amount(RSD=0.84%,n=3),and that of triamcinolone acetonide was 92.97% of labelled amount(RSD=1.32%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:Levofloxacin and triamcinolone acetonide double-loaded ophthalmic gel has been prepared successfully.
