红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后能量代谢的影响 被引量:7

Effect of safflower injection on energy metabolism after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的探讨红花注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后能量代谢的改善作用。方法将64只健康雄性SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组、模型组、红花注射液4 ml/kg组、红花注射液2 ml/kg组,每组16只大鼠,采用改良的Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,并根据分组进行相应的干预处理,然后分别检测各组大鼠神经评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和Ca^(2+)-ATP酶。结果与模型组比较,红花注射液4 ml/kg组、红花注射液2 ml/kg组神经评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸水平明显降低,而Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和Ca^(2+)-ATP酶水平明显升高(P<0.05)。与红花注射液4 ml/kg组比较,红花注射液2 ml/kg组神经学评分、脑组织含水量、乳酸水平明显升高,而Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和Ca^(2+)-ATP酶水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液能够改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织的能量代谢,这可能是其能够保护脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织的机制之一。 Objective To investigate the effect of safflower injection on energy metabolism after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Sixty-four healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups with each group with 16 rats in:sham operation group,model group,safflower 4 ml / kg group and safflower 2 ml / kg group. After the commensurate treatment in the four groups,Zea-Longa thread block method was used to establish the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats,and the neuro-function score,brain tissue water content,lactic acid,Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase were detected in all the groups. Results The neuro-function,brain tissue water content and lactic acid in the safflower 4 ml / kg group and the safflower2 ml / kg group were lower than those in the model group,and the activities of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase were higher than those in the model group( P〈0. 05). The neuro-function,brain tissue water content and lactic acid in the safflower 2 ml /kg group were higher than those in the safflower 4 ml / kg group,and the activities of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase were lower than safflower 4 ml / kg in the model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Safflower injection can improve the energy metabolism after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats,and can lighten cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury through this path.
