摘要
基于市民社会视角,本研究提出并建立了新的社会心态结构分析框架——陀螺模型,以此为逻辑起点,选取了社会心态指标体系初始指标集,运用德尔菲法(Delphi method)确定了一个由4个一级指标、17个二级指标组成的社会心态指标体系;采用层次分析(AHP)与群决策相结合的方法,对21个指标予以了赋权;最后,着重就社会心态指标体系的落地等展开了进一步的讨论。
Based on the perspective of civil society,this study put forward and established a new framework to analyze the structure of social mentality --- gyro model, as a logical starting point, the index system of social mentality index system was selected,a composed of four level indicators and 17 second level indica- tors of social mentality of the index system was determined by the Delphi method. By using analytic hierar- chy process （AHP） method combined with group decision making,21 indicators was weighted;Finally, this paper further discussed social mentality index system of landing.
