摘要 目的测量由于网络传输导致的CT图像失真情况,为肿瘤放疗患者提供更加精确的定位影像资料。方法选取2015年6月~12月于我院接受CT拍摄的头部肿瘤患者10位,通过直尺测量获得头部前后径长度d1,测量肿瘤放疗TPS工作站在骨窗、肺窗和纵膈窗下的的患者头部前后径长度d2,将d1减去d2的差值(绝对值)除以d1的百分比作为肿瘤患者头部图像的失真率。结果 10位患者骨窗的平均失真率为1.61%,肺窗的平均失真率为2.75%,纵隔窗的平均失真率为3.14%。结论患者CT图像在网络传输过程中会产生失真,且不同窗宽窗位下图像失真率不同,临床医生在进行放疗时应考虑图像传输过程中的失真情况设计放疗方案。 Objective To measure the distortion of CT images resulting from network transmission so as to provide more precise positioning image data for patients underwent radiation oncology treatment. Methods Altogether 10 patients with head tumors who underwent CT scanning in the hospital from June 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the objects of this study. The head diameter(d1) measured by straightedge and the head diameter(d2) under the window of the bone, lung and diaphragm in the tumor radiotherapy TPS(Treatment Planning System) workstation were measured. Then, the difference(absolute value) obtained by d1 minus d2 was divided by the percentage of d1 as the image distortion rate for patients with head tumors. Results The average distortion rate of the 10 patients under the windows of the bone, lung and diaphragm was 1.61%, 2.75% and 3.14% respectively. Conclusion Patients' CT images produced distortion in the network transmission process. The distortion rates varied with different widths and positions of windows, which should be considered by clinicians in designing the radiotherapy during the image transmission process.
