摘要
目的探讨内蒙古自治区首例三维逆向调强适形放射治疗计划的设计、优化及剂量的验证。方法用CT模拟定位机收集患者图像资料,根据病变(靶区)及周围重要器官和组织的三维解剖特点和预定的靶区剂量分布和危及器官的限量,借助计划系统计算出射野方向上的应需要的强度分布。结果靶区处方剂量进一步提高,周围正常组织并发症减低,有效提高患者生存质量。讨论三维逆向调强适形放射治疗计划对内蒙古自治区肿瘤患者的意义。
Objective To discuss the design and optimization of 3D intensity modulated eonformal radiation therapy as well as the validation of the radiation's dose. Methods To use ACQsim CT for acquiring the patients' images. According to 3D anatomical frame of CTV&GTV's and surrounding natural tissues, the dosage distribution of CTV&GTV and the limit to the natural tissue. Results The dosage of CTV&GTV is well-proportioned. The natural tissue is protected more better, with the patients' living quality improved. Discussion 3D intensity modulated conformal radiation therapy make sense of the patients in Inner Mongolia.
