摘要
目的通过检测储血袋的两种不同放置方式对悬浮红细胞贮存期三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)、2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-diphosphoglycerate,2,3-DPG)、pH值、乳酸脱氢酶(lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)、游离血红蛋白(free hemoglobin,FHb)、K^+的影响进行分析,选择最佳放置方式,减少贮存损伤,保证临床安全、有效用血。方法 2013年9月—2014年1月,取2 U悬浮红细胞20袋,并将其平均分装为1 U/袋,随机分为直立组和平放组各20袋,保存在同一贮血冰箱内。分别在贮存第0、7、14、21、28、35天时测定ATP,2、3-DPG、pH值、LDH、FHb、K+的水平。计量资料组间比较采用t检验,组内比较采用重复测量资料的方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果两组不同储存时间ATP、2,3-DPG、pH值、LDH、FHb、K^+值比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。储存第14、21、28、35天,平放组ATP、2,3-DPG、pH值均高于直立组,LDH、FHb、K^+含量均低于直立组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论悬浮红细胞储血袋平行放置的贮存方式较直立放置可明显减缓红细胞贮存损伤。
Objective Through do contrast analysis of adenosine triphosphate(ATP), 2,3-diphosphoglycerate(2,3-DPG), pH, lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), free hemoglobin(FHb), K^+ index during the suspended red blood cell storage period, on which the blood storage bags placed in the different way, to choose best placement, decrease the storage damage, ensure the safeness and effectiveness of blood. Method From September 2013 to January 2014, 20 bags of 2 U suspended red blood cells were packed for 1 U/ bag, randomly divided into upright group and parallel group(n=20), stored in the same blood storage refrigerator. The level of ATP, 2, 3-DPG, pH, LDH, FHb,K^+ which were sampled aseptically at day 0,7,14,21,28 and 35 were monitored respectively. Ttest was used to compare the measurement data between groups. The variance analysis of repeated measurement data was used in the group, and the difference was statistically significant with P〈0.05.Result For the two groups of different storage ways, ATP, 2, 3-DPG, pH, LDH, FHb, K^+ values were statistically significant differences(all P〈0.05). Storage day at 14, 21, 28, 35 days, for the parallel group, ATP, 2, 3-DPG, pH values were higher than those in the upright group, LDH, FHb, K^+ levels were lower than the upright group, the differences were statistically significant(all P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with the placed upright mode, the parallel placed method of the suspended red blood cell storage bag can slow down the storage damage.
