研究生学术失范行为的心理动因及疏导策略

Psychological Motivation and Counseling Strategies of Graduate Students' Academic Misconduct

摘要 目前,研究生的学术失范事件频发,其严峻态势不容忽视,且已经引起学术界、教育界及社会各界的广泛关注。通过对研究生学术底线频频失守、屡碰学术道德红线、学术自律意识淡漠、学术失范五花八门等行为表征的分析,尝试从个体心理、管理心理、社会文化心理等三个维度对研究生学术失范行为进行归因,并提出了相应的疏导策略:一是,强化价值观教育,发挥舆论监督功能;二是,优化社会学术环境,营造良好文化氛围;三是,优化学术管理制度,强化导师言传身教。 Academic misconduct by graduate students takes place frequently at present. This cannot be ignored, and has aroused widespread concern in the academia, educational circle and all sectors of society. This article analyzes various behaviors of academic misconduct, including the loss of academic baseline, crossing the redline of academic morality, and the indifference of academic self-discipline awareness. It ascribes the abovementioned behavior to three individual psychologies, management psychology, social and culture psychology; and puts forward corresponding counseling strategies. Firstly, to intensify value education, and pay attention to the function of supervision by public opinion; secondly, to optimize social academic environment and construct a fine culture atmosphere; and, thirdly, to advance academic governance management, and strengthen teaching by tutors' words and deeds.
