摘要
创伤性脑损伤患者伤后工作记忆受损明显,前额背外侧皮质可能是工作记忆关键脑区,弥散张量成像从解剖层面发现胼胝体、丘脑等纤维束断裂与记忆密切相关。脑组织结构破坏、神经元坏死凋亡及炎症自由基作用是伤后工作记忆受损的重要病理原因,钙离子失衡相关损伤亦从多条途径损害记忆功能。本文结合神经影像和解剖病理学相关研究成果对创伤性脑损伤后工作记忆受损的可能发生机理进行综述。
Traumatic brain injury(TBI ) brings severe damage to the public health with high morbidity, and many TBI patients are accompanied with profound working memory (WM) deficits. The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC) might be the crucial brain region for WM, and the breakdown of fasciculus in callosum or thalamus is associated with WM impairment either. Brain structural destruction, neuron necrosis, apoptosis, inflammation as well as free radicals are all pathological causes of WM deficits. Nevertheless, calcium unbalance is the common pathway for WM impairment after TBI.
