高压冲洗机冲洗压力对排水系统的影响研究

Influence of High-pressure Washing Machine Pressure on Water Drainage Systems

摘要 采用不同喷头对排水系统进行冲洗,探究不同冲洗压力与流量的关系以及采用不同喷头冲洗3种不同排水管道系统时管道内的压力波动情况。试验发现,DN75普通单立管系统的压力波动远大于DN110普通单立管系统和DN110特殊单立管系统。在相同冲洗压力下45^#喷头引起的系统压力波动大于40^#喷头,而旋转喷头的冲洗压力与系统压力波动没有明显相关性。 The drainage system was flushed using tween the flushing pressure and flow rate as well as the different nozzles for flushing the three different drainage different nozzles to explore the relationship be- pressure fluctuation in the pipeline when using pipe systems. The experimental results showed that the pressure fluctuation in the DN75 common single riser system was much larger than that of the DN110 common single riser system and the DN110 special single riser system. The pressure fluctuation in the system caused by 45^# nozzle was greater than that caused by 40^# nozzle at the same flushing pressure, and there is no significant correlation between the flushing pressure of rotary nozzle and the pressure fluctuation in the system.
