摘要
普郎尼克(Pluronic)是一种同时具有亲水性和疏水性,种类多样的制剂用材料。以普郎尼克为载体的药物传递系统是现今逆转肿瘤多药耐药性最有前景的药物传递系统之一。笔者对普郎尼克在抑制肿瘤多药耐药性的靶向药物传递系统进行概述,尤其对普郎尼克在递药系统中的应用形式加以论述。
Pluronic is a kind of formulation material with both hydrophihc and hydrophobic properties. Drug delivery system with pluronie as a carrier is one of the most promising drug delivery systems for reversing muhidrug resistance of tumors. In this paper, we have summarized the target drug delivery systems of Pluronic in the inhibition of tumor drug resistance, especially the application of Pluronic in the delivery system.
