摘要
目的 分析环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2014年8月-2016年4月我院收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者104例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各52例。分别予以传统放射状切口手术及环乳晕切口手术,观察两组治疗效果。结果 手术后对照组手术瘢痕可接受率为82.69%（43/52）,治疗组为96.15%（50/52）。结论 同传统放射状切口手术相比换乳晕切口手术治疗伤口较为隐蔽,美容度较高,且具有较好疗效。
Objective Clinical analysis of ring areola incision treatment of breast fibroma. Methods Randomly selected from August 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital, 104 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each of 52 cases. To the traditional radial incision surgery and areola incision surgery, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The postoperative scar in the control group was 82.69% （43/52）, and the treatment group was 96.15% （50/52）. Conclusion With traditional radial incision surgery compared to the replacement of areola incision surgery wound is concealed, high degree of beauty, and has good curative effect.
