摘要
目的观察和分析护理干预措施对癌痛患者负性情绪的改善效果。方法选取100例癌痛患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予规范化护理干预措施。对两组患者护理干预后的疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行观察和分析。结果观察组患者护理干预后的VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组。结论在癌痛患者的护理中实施规范化护理干预措施,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,减轻负性情绪。
ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention in improvement of the negative emotion of patients with cancer pain. Methods 100 cases of patients with cancer pain were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 50 cases were include into each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were treated with standardized nursing intervention. The Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）scores,the Self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）scores, the Self rating Depression Scale（SDS）scores after the nursing intervention of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The VAS score,the SAS score,the SDS score after the nursing intervention of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in the the control group.Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with cancer pain,the application of standardized nursing intervention measures can effectively relieve the pain of patients,reduce the negative emotions.
