摘要
文章采用调查分析的方法,探讨了专业社团在高职创新人才培养方面的不足之处,并以江苏某高职院校的专业社团为例,探讨了专业型社团在高职创新人才培养中取得的成绩,提出合理安排课程、保证完整时间,为教师减负、增加实战训练机会,社团成员专业接近、人数精减,注重过程、加强效果考核,加强社团成员之间、社团之间的交流的对策,为其他高职院校在培养创新人才方面提供借鉴。
This article applies the investigation and analysis method to discuss talents training deficiencies in the pro- fessional associations in higher vocational colleges. The paper takes professional associations of a higher vocational col- lege in Jiangsu, discussing the achievements of innovative talents cultivation made by the professional associations in higher vocational colleges, putting forward the reasonable curriculum arrangement, to reduce the burden of teachers, in- crease the combat training opportunities, streamline the number, paying attention to the process, strengthening effect as- sessment, providing countermeasures for communication among the members of the association, ad among the associa- tions. The paper aims to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges in cultivating innovative talents.
