摘要
目的：探讨跟骨爆裂骨折手术自体植骨内固定术围术期护理方法。方法：2011年6月-2014年6月我院骨科对28例30足应用手术复位植骨内固定患者，从术前评估、心理护理、术前准备到术后切口观察及处理、引流管护理、体位护理、功能锻炼，给予全程护理干预。结果：28例30足中有1足出现切口皮肤浅层感染，3足出现切口周围张力性水泡，经换药处理后切口愈合，余均为一期愈合。结论：采用自体植骨内固定是治疗跟骨爆裂骨折的有效治疗方法，结合加强围手期护理，减少并发症，早期功能锻炼，取得良好临床效果。
Objective：To discuss perioperative nusing methods of autologous bone grafting and internal fixation for calcaneus burst fracture. Methods：Whole course nursing interventions,from preoperative assessment,mental nursing and preoperative preparation to postoperative incision observation and treatment, drainage tube nursing,posture nursing and functional exercise,were provide for 28 cases of patients with 30 feet,who were treated in our orthopaedics de-partment with autologous bone grafting and internal fixation from June 2011 to June 2014. Results：Among 30 feet of 28 patients,1 foot got superficial inci-sion infection,3 feet has tension blister around incision,which healed after changing dressings,and the rest feet healed by first intension. Conclusion：Au-tologous bone grafting and internal fixation are effective treatments for calcaneus burst fracture,which may result in desirable clinical effects if combined with intensive perioperative nursing,complications - prevention measures and early functional exercise.
