摘要
目的：探讨有限内固定加自体植骨治疗跟骨骨折的术后护理.方法：对43例有限期内固定加自体髂骨植骨治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对护理方法进行探讨.结果：患者43例达到一期愈合,克氏针及螺丝钉固定良好,优良率达到88.9%,未发生不良反应.结论：注重术后患者的观察与护理,早期功能锻炼,能提高临床治疗效果,有效预防并发症的发生.

Methods： Has to 43 examples in fixes Canada to plant the bone by a set time from the body qia bone to treat patient＇s clinical material to carry on the review analysis,and carries on the discussion to the nursing method. Results：The patient 43 examples achieved an issue heals,the Cleveland needle and the screw bolt fixed good,fine rate achieves 88.9% ,has not occurred re- sponded not good. Conclusion： The attention technique future trouble observation and nursing, the early function exercise, can en- hance the clinical treatment result, prevents the complication effectively the occurrence.
