国内外热轧结构钢取样和力学性能试验标准的差异分析 被引量:5

摘要 选择了Q345B钢、S355JR钢和Gr.50钢3种常用热轧结构钢中常用的型材和板材的标准内容入手,分析了中国标准、欧盟标准和美国标准对取样位置、取样方向、力学性能试验等内容的区别。结果表明:在取样方面,中国标准和欧盟标准基本一致,但和美国标准差别较大;在力学性能试验方面,当取样位置一致的情况下,随着拉伸试验速率的增大,强度指标升高,塑性指标降低;美国标准的冲击吸收能量总体大于中国标准和欧盟标准的冲击吸收能量。检测工作者要想获得准确的检测结果,除了要掌握常用的检验标准之外,还要熟悉国内外的标准体系,既要掌握产品标准,又要熟悉一般交货技术条件等系列标准,从而确保检测工作的质量。 Three kinds of commonly used hot-rolled steel(Q345Bsteel,S355 JR steel and Gr.50steel)structure plates and shapes were chosen to analyze the content difference of Chinese standard,European Union standard and United States standard from the aspects of sampling position,sampling direction, mechanical properties testing and so on.The analysis results show that:in terms of sampling,Chinese standard was the same with European Union standard on the whole,but different from United States standard;in terms of mechanical property test,when the sampling locations were the same,the strength increased but the plasticity decreased with the increase of the testing speed;the impact absorbing energy of United States standard was generally larger than that of Chinese standard and European Union standard.In order to obtain the exact results,not only the commonly used test standards should be mastered,but also domestic and overseas standard systems should be known well.The standard of general delivery technical conditions etc.should be mastered as well as the products standard to ensure the quality of the testing work.
