摘要
某工程需对高强韧钢板S700MC进行大批量焊接,在正式投产前,对S700MC钢在焊接性理论分析的基础上做了必要的焊接裂纹敏感性试验。试验结果表明,S700MC钢具有良好的抗裂性能,10 mm厚钢板不预热条件下不会产生冷裂纹,可实现不预热焊接。
A project of high strength and toughness steel for S700MC mass welding, In the front of formal put into production, to S700MC steel in welding on the basis of theoretical analysis to do the necessary welding crack sensitivity test. We through the massive experiments by S700MC steel has good anti-cracking performance,10mm thick steel plate without preheating condition does not produce cold crack, can realize the non preheating weld.
