营13东二热采水平井堵水技术应用

摘要 东辛营13东二段油藏低效水驱转热采开发以来,累积注汽2.8×104t,累计增油6.1×104t,累积油汽比2.18,热采开发整体效果理想。但随着开发深入,有部分热采水平井出现含水上升快、高含水等问题。为此,研究该区块含水上升规律,把握堵水时机,对比分析并综合应用堵水技术,降低含水率,成为现实需求,营13平12井第一轮注汽后,含水由60%很快上升至97.3%,研究分析并应用堵水技术后,进行了第二轮注汽,开井后含水从97.3%降至64.7%,一举扭转了该井含水不断上升的趋势,实践证明,对于含水上升快、高含水热采水平井,采取堵水技术措施,可有效降低含水并控制含水上升速度,提高热采水平井开发效果。 Since Ying 13 east two reservoir of dongxin oil production plant turn inefficient water flooding to thermal recovery, cumulative steam injection 2.8 ×104t,cumulative oil 6.1 ×104t,cumulative oil steam ratio of 2.18,the overall effect of the thermal recovery is ideal.But with the further development,there are some thermal horizontal wells,its containing water rises fast, high water and other issues appear, therefore, research on the regular pattern of containing water raise of block,grasp the water shutoff time, comparative analysis and comprehensive application of water plugging technology, lower contenting water, become a reality demand, after the first steam injection cycle of Y13P12 well,the water content soon rose to97.3 % from 60 %, at the end of research and analysis of water shutoff technology application, conducted second rounds of steam injection, the contenting water of Y13P12 well declined from 97.3 % to 64.7 %,reversed the well water rising trend, practice has proved that for the water rose quickly and high water thermal recovery horizontal well,take water plug-ging technology measures can effectively reduce the containing water and control the rising speed of water content, improve the development effect of the thermal horizontal well recovery.
