注水开发水平井水淹类型识别及堵水技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地超低渗透油藏采用直井注水、水平井采油井网开发,1口水平采油井对应多口配套注水井,生产过程中部分井水淹损失产能,为了快速识别注水开发水平井水淹类型,恢复水平井单井产能,通过分析对应注水井生产动态指标,利用模糊聚类法判断水平井来水方向,基于储层物性、改造措施类型、渗流特征等建立了油藏模型,通过模拟计算确定最佳堵水时机、堵剂用量、施工参数等。矿场试验表明模糊聚类法可以确定优势来水方向,优化的堵水调剖参数在现场应用效果明显。 Vertical well water injection and horizontal well oil production pattern development mode is adopted in ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Ordos Basin,one horizontal oil production well is corresponding to several water injection wells and productivity is lost due to water logging of some wells in production process.In order to identify rapidly water logging types of horizontal wells in water injection development and restore single well productivity,analyzed are production performance indexes of water injection wells and used is the fuzzy clustering method to judge the direction of the horizontal well water.Oil reservoir model is established according to physical properties of the reservoir,types of transformation measures and seepage characteristics and applied is simulation computation to determine the optimal water plugging time,plugging agent consumption and construction parameters.Field test results showthat this method can determine better coming water direction and effects of the optimized water shut-off profile control parameters in field application are obvious.
