摘要
目的了解育龄产妇对孕前优生性病筛查的认知、态度与行为,为制定孕前优生服务策略提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的孕前优生性病筛查知识、态度及行为调查问卷,对2015年6-12月来医院就诊的100名育龄产妇进行调查。结果育龄产妇对孕前优生性病筛查相关知识得分普遍较低,得分与年龄、妊娠史、家庭经济收入、文化程度及职业有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对相关知识实际获取途径主要来自亲朋好友占47.00%,而期望来源以卫生计生相关专业人员告知为多占64.00%;80.00%以上的产妇均认为孕前进行优生性病筛查很重要,且愿意改变自己的行为去接受相关知识和检查。结论育龄产妇对孕前优生性病筛查了解程度不够,需结合本地情况开展适宜的健康教育,改善错误观念和行为。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of pre-pregnancy eugenic sexually transmitted diseases screening among the women of childbearing age, provide a scientific basis for making pre-pregnancy eugenic service strategy. Methods A self-designed pre-pregnancy eugenic sexually transmitted diseases screening KAP questionnaire was used to survey 100 women of childbear- ing age from June to December in 2015. Results The score of pre-pregnancy eugenic sexually transmitted diseases screening related knowl- edge among the women of childbearing age was low, which was statistically correlated with age, pregnancy history, family income, educational level, and occupation （P〈0. 05）; the actural way of obtaining related knowledge was friends and relatives, accounting for 47.00%, 64. 00% of the women expected to obtain the related knowledge from health related professionals, more than 80. 00% of the women considered pre-pregnancy eugenic sexually transmitted diseases screening was important, and they wanted to change behaviors to receive related knowledge and examination. Conclusion The understanding of pre-pregnancy eugenic sexually transmitted diseases screening among the women of childbearing age is lack, reasonable health education should be conducted based on the actural situations in the region, improper concept and behavior should be improved.
