摘要
文中将高层管理团队(TMT)认知划分为认知需要和认知能力两个维度,提出TMT认知需要、认知能力和团队效能感对企业创新绩效影响作用的研究假设。以中国332家高新技术企业TMT为样本回归分析,结果表明:TMT认知需要和认知能力两个维度对创新绩效具有显著的促进作用;其影响可以通过团队效能感这个中介变量起作用;TMT认知需要高,愿意投入的时间和精力增加,进而能够提高团队效能感,促进创新绩效;认知能力强,TMT甄别对企业有价值信息并利用的能力增强,从而促进团队效能感和创新绩效。
This study divides the top management team (TMT)into two dimensions:cognitive needs and cognitive ability, proposing research hypotheses that TMT cognitive needs,cognitive ability and team efficacy influence enterprise innovation performance.we take the TMT of 332 high -tech enterprises in China as the sample regression analysis,results show:TMT cognitive needs and cognitive ability have a significant effect on innovation performance;Its effects can be a sense of team efficacy by acting as the mediating variable;The higher cognitive needs TMT have,the more time and energy they are willing to invest,and thus this can improve the team efficacy and promote innovation performance;The higher cognitive ability TMT have,the higher ability they will own to discriminate valuable information and use,so as to promote team efficacy and innovation performance.
