摘要
高校科研管理中激励机制的建立极大地推动了科研成果数量和质量的提高。但随着社会经济的快速发展,某些激励指标需要作适度调整。论文在分析现有激励机制的一些短板的基础上,通过七个"关系"的深入探讨,对如何构建合理有效的激励机制提出了一些针对性的策略。
The incentive mechanism of scientific research management in universities has greatly promoted the improvement of the quantity and quality of scientific research achievements. But with the rapid development of social economy, some incentive indicators need to be adjusted appropriately. Based on some deep analysis of the short board of the existing incentive mechanism and "seven relationships", in this paper, we put forward some targeted strategies to build a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism
